First, get all the ingredients ready:- Cut the Spam into bite-sized cubes.- Thinly slice the onion.- Slice the cabbage. In a large pan over medium-high heat, add a little cooking oil followed by the sliced onions and Spam. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until the onions start to brown.
Then add all the sliced cabbage to the pan. Stir to mix evenly. Add a ½ cup of water followed by the soy sauce.
Keep cooking till the cabbage is tender, this takes about another 5-10 minutes. Then the dish is ready to eat! It is best with a big bowl of rice ^_^
