Wash and dry the garlic chives. Finely chop the garlic chives and place it in a bowl. Sprinkle the salt on top, gently mix, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Squeeze out all the water from the garlic chives.
Add the sesame seeds and sesame oil to the bowl. Mix well. The sauce is ready to use
I like to serve the garlic chive sauce over soft tofu. It's also great with salmon or chicken, simple steamed or roasted.
