Remove the block of tofu from the container and drain the liquid. Place the tofu in a bowl.
Massage/squish tofu around 6 times, breaking up the tofu into large chunks.
Add the sesame oil, and massage about 6 times.
Then add the soy sauce, and massage another 6 times.
Sprinkle the ground roasted sesame seeds on top. Give it a quick mix. And then it's ready to eat! Best slightly chilled ^_^
