Use a food processor to grind then three main ingredients in order of size. Go from big to small (walnuts, pine nuts, black sesame seeds).In a small food processor, add the walnuts first and grind for about 10 seconds. Then add the pine nuts and grind for another 10 seconds.
Finally add the black sesame seeds and grind for another 10 seconds.
The mixture should be nicely ground, coarse, and gritty. Do not grind to a paste.
To eat: take a spoonful of the blend and top it with a tiny bit of honey. Chew well. Eat and enjoy ^_^
