Black Pepper Pork

Make saucy and flavorful Black Pepper Pork in just 15 minutes. I season this dish with plenty of black pepper, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce. Love it for quick dinners. It's so good and super juicy!! Eat this with rice ^_^

  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, add some oil and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until the garlic starts to turn golden.
  • Add all the thinly sliced pork and stir fry for 2 minutes until the pork is nearly cooked through.
  • Then add ¼ cup of water, followed by the soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper.
  • Cook for 1 more minute until everything is evenly mixed. The pork should be cooked through and the whole dish should look juicy and tasty. It's ready to eat!
  • Transfer to a shallow bowl. Enjoy and eat with rice. Make sure to spoon all the sauce/juices over the rice, INCREDIBLE ^_^
