In a large pan over medium-high heat, add some oil and minced garlic. Cook for 2 minutes until the garlic starts to turn golden.
Add all the thinly sliced pork and stir fry for 2 minutes until the pork is nearly cooked through.
Then add ¼ cup of water, followed by the soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper.
Cook for 1 more minute until everything is evenly mixed. The pork should be cooked through and the whole dish should look juicy and tasty. It's ready to eat!
