Asparagus Stir-Fry.

Asparagus Stir-Fry

This saucy Asparagus Stir-Fry is seasoned with things I love...lots of garlic! Plus oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. It's a quick and simple stir-fry, a very onolicious way to enjoy fresh asparagus. Best with rice ^_^

Instructions

  • Prepare the sauce. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper (if using), and ½ cup of water in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut into 1 ½ -inch long pieces on the diagonal.
  • In a large pan over medium-high heat, add some cooking oil (I like to use avocado oil, or any neutral oil). Then add the asparagus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Add the sauce and turn the heat down to medium-low. Stir to mix and cook for 1-2 more minutes until the asparagus is nice and tender.
  • Remove from heat, spoon into a bowl. It is ready to eat! Best with rice ^_^
