  • Boil the wood ear mushrooms for 3 minutes to cook them. Drain and let cool.
  • Mix together all the marinade ingredients (garlic, black vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil) in a big bowl.
  • Add the drained mushrooms to the bowl. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Top with cilantro. Mix, eat, and enjoy ^_^
