Place the jasmine rice in the rice cooker pot. Wash the rice 3-4 times, until the water runs almost clear. Drain the water.
Add the quinoa to the rice cooker pot. Wash the quinoa and rice together once, then drain.
Add the water (just fill to the 3-cup marker line in the rice cooker pot).
Press start, and that's all you have to do!Once the quinoa rice is done cooking, use a rice paddle to gently fluff, and it's ready to serve.
