Rinse the luo han guo (monk fruit) with water to clean the exterior. Then pat dry.
Using the tip of a chopstick, gently poke several holes in the fruit. Repeat for all 3 pieces.
Then place the fruit in a pot and cover with water.Note: For a stronger drink use less water. For a lighter drink, use more water. Bring to a boil. Then place a lid on the pot and turn the heat down to low. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain the liquid. Then it's ready! Drink warm and enjoy.
