Ginger Scallion Pork

Saucy and super easy to make, this Ginger Scallion Pork recipe combines juicy pork belly with ginger scallion sauce and soy sauce. Cook everything together for few minutes in a saucepan. Enjoy with rice!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork belly thinly sliced (can be found at Asian supermarkets, often labeled as sliced for shabu shabu or hot pot)
  • 2 tablespoons ginger scallion sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • Add a tablespoon of the ginger scallion sauce to a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Once the sauce warms up, add the pork belly and saute until almost fully cooked (about 5 minutes).
  • Add the soy sauce and remaining tablespoon of the ginger scallion sauce. Toss and cook for another minute until the pork belly is cooked through.
  • Then it's ready! Remove from heat, slide onto a serving plate and enjoy with rice ^_^
