Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork chops (or pork loin)
  • 2 3-inch knobs ginger, julienned
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops in the freezer for 10 minutes to help firm it. Then slice the pork chops very thin, as thin as you can. Set aside.
  • Add oil to a large pan over medium-high heat. Then add the garlic and ginger. Saute for 3-4 minutes until the garlic and ginger is fragrant and golden.
  • Add the sliced pork followed by the soy sauce and fish sauce.
  • Stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the pork is cooked though (this should be fast because the pork is thinly sliced).
  • Turn off the heat, and spoon the ginger pork onto a serving dish. Eat and enjoy! This dish is most ideal with a big bowl of rice ^_^
