Quick and simple fried rice with just 3 ingredients! Chinese Olive Vegetable Fried Rice is full of flavor and so easy to make. All you need is cooked rice, garlic, and a jar of Chinese olive vegetables.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic Chinese olive vegetables to the pan. Saute for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cooked rice (use the back of a spatula to help break up the rice grains). Pan fry for about 5 minutes until the rice is evenly coated in garlic and the Chinese olive vegetables.
Turn off the heat. Remove the rice to a big bowl. Eat and enjoy ^_^
